"Field of Honor"

The NCSCA "Field of Honor" is an award to honor North Carolina high school soccer coaches for their accomplishments and service to high school soccer at the local, state, and national levels.  These career successes are to be measured either through tremendous on-the-field success and/or through selfless dedication to the betterment of the high school game.

 

Criteria for nomination:  In order to be considered for nomination, a coach must have faithfully served the NCSCA for a minimum of 15 years*.  Additional conditions are that the coach must have exemplified good character throughout his or her career, sought the betterment of the high school game, and contributed in a positive manner to the successes of his or her program(s) through on field success and / or through the representation of sportsmanship that is beyond reproach.  A coach does not have to be retired in order to be considered for nomination, active coaches will be accepted if they meet the criteria. 

*Exceptions to the minimum years served shall be granted due to extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the inductee.
 

You must be a member in good standing of the NCSCA in order to nominate a coach.
